I live here, and I made this move myself
I am a licensed realtor in South Florida and I live in Hollywood with my family. We moved here from Los Angeles, and everything I write about on this site, from neighbourhoods to the things that can go wrong when you buy, I went through myself as an owner first, before I started advising anyone else on it.
Because I invest in real estate too. I own property in three countries, and I look at a place three ways at once: as an agent, as an owner and as an investor.
Every move meant learning a whole legal system again from scratch. So relocating is not theory for me, it is something I have lived through. And I understand people arriving from another state or another country: I can give them a specific answer instead of a general one.
I work across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, and throughout South Florida.
